Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via ground services typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer a warranty on your strength training gear?
Yes, all PowerBlock hardware comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. Specific components like grips and cables are covered for a period of 5 years under normal residential use.
What is your return policy for fitness products?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
