Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely repackage your items in their original PowerBlock packaging, ensuring all pins, weights, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
